We have been made aware of an issue in Outlook affecting some users that cause content not to display correctly and prevents new emails from being created. Microsoft is addressing the issue currently and are expecting to have a fix rolled out in the next few hours.
In the meantime, emails can still be accessed with Outlook online via https://login.microsoft.com , you will need to log in with your email address and password.
If you are unsure of what your password is, enter your email address, then select “Forgot my password” and choose the recovery option to send a code or receive a notification to reset your password.
